So I don't want my mother in law in the room...

So I don't really want my MIL in the room when I give birth. I would tell her but she is so damn sensitive and I just know she would hate me lol I just want the only 2 people that have seen my vagina in there which would be my mom and fiancé! I told my doctor already and she said to tell the nurses and they'll just say only 2 people in the room when I start pushing, but would it be obvious to my moher in law that that I made the request? Or could they say my doctor specifically doesn't allow more than 2 people in? I feel like she'll know I made the request. Does that make sense??
