RA and TTC

I know I'm not the only one who's gone through this but I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I'm 32. I'm trying to have a baby as soon as possible because I'm off my meds now and it's really hard trying to get pregnant and just being on prednisone (which I can't be on for too long). Has anyone ever gone through this or has had to get pregnant right away due to a debilitating disease? If so, how long did it take you to get pregnant? My husband and I are putting a time limit. Only giving it till June. It's too hard to work and be off my meds like this. I pray that we get pregnant within the next few months.
