what is needed?

Leah Margaret • 3 children to adore, and adding one more! My fiancé Craig and I are expecting pink bows on 06/04! 🎀
So my fiancé and I just found out which rooms we will be staying in once the baby is one. We also just told his parents (I will be 30 weeks tomorrow). We have some basic items already but i wanted to ask what exactly would you consider essentials for a baby who will be sharing a room with mom and dad? I don't think a full crib is necessary at this point until we move into the upstairs apartment where there is more room. We currently stay in the in-law suite downstairs. We have a small living area with a large closet, three stand alone closets directly outside our living room in the laundry area that we also use for clothing. We have our own entrance from the driveway into our bedroom/kitchen. Basically on the left side of the room we have our bed and night stand, three book shelves, and a TV stand with one of our TV's (it is not used often). My fiancé plans on bringing up the bookshelves and the tv and stand into his old bedroom and bringing most of his video game/music things up there also, leaving the area we live in as just a living room with TV, couch, etc and leaving our "bedroom" as it is, only adding the baby. As I was saying on the left side of the room when coming in from our door is the full sized bed, nightstand and following the wall towards the living area are the bookshelves. Directly across from our bed is the refrigerator and stove, sink and SMALL counter soace along with the cabinets. It is basically a galley kitchen.
As you can see in the photo there is not much space, and I apologize for the mess. Anyways, I am at a complete loss as to what is absolutely necessary. A bassinet or co-sleeping crib, receiving blankets, breast pump, clothing, etc I know about but not much more. For the most part I had everything needed and set up way sooner than now. I'm not even sure what to pack as far as for the hospital (for myself OR for my daughter). My mind has just been stretched so far and I'm so far behind I really need all the help I can get. Can anyone please let me know what they have done in a similar situation? (Sharing the room with your child) and what you believed were absolute essentials, along with what you believe to be absolute essentials for the hospital bag as well??? I will be breastfeeding exclusively if possible, if not I will be supplementing. I know this seems silly and I know I'm probably not going to get mom of the year award for putting this off for so long. Until this last week where we let his family know the pregnancy hadn't HIT as hard as it has now. And now I only have 8-10 weeks left to get everything done. I'm definitely in nesting mode but would absolutely love and be incredibly thankful for anyone that could help make this easier and help me to make a list of what to get. I ask for absolute essentials because we are on a tight budget but want to get everything we need. And my other children are much older that I've forgotten what it is I REALLY need.
I sound pathetic to myself right now and it is depressing. Thank you in advance for any and all help. Even if you're able to just point out a website that talks about/lists what is necessary and what is extra would be great help. Again, thank you.
