period or implantation bleeding?

Hi! My period comes 5 days early every month, that's my cycle. Well this month it is 10 days early. I put a tampon in when it started and have period like symptoms that just came on today. When I took the tampon out there wasn't much blood and I then put a pad on and there's just a little blood on it. What r some implantation symptoms that u have experienced?? Baby dust our way, we've been trying for years! 🙁
