subchorionic hemorrhage

During a routine ultrasound, the ER Doc noticed what she called a small bleed in my uterus. She said it was common and usually reabsorbs. I have no vaginal bleeding and no cramps at all. Went to ER for severe morning sickness. Anyone have experience with small hemorrhages in pregnancy? How did it play out for you?
