Anyone else have Raynaud’s?

Is anyone else suffering with Raynaud’s phenomenon? I've always had a bit of pain in my boobs/nipples during winter but it was always bearable. Even last winter wasn't bad and I had my son in November and strictly breastfed him. But this time has been awful!! I'm 28 and a half weeks and still breastfeeding my son and I haven't been able to leave the house all winter without getting in extreme pain to the point where I can't think or talk, the pain usually last around 15 to 20 mins. But it also just happens randomly in the house too and wakes me up. I have to have a heating pad with me everywhere I go, in my bedroom I have an electric one and then I have a rice one I warm up before leaving the house. I can't wait until summer and I'm just praying I won't have this problem next winter!!
