lazy baby

Is it normal for baby to be lazy? I feel earlier on he was super active and would bump around all day and night. So I thought when he gets bigger he will b heavy and a pain lol. But he's not. He barely moves. I feel him bubble for a second or two n stop. I keep trying to get kick count but he isn't very active n he may just b a brat bc I will get to 3-4 and he goes still and I wait and wait and wait and right when I give up he bubbles and stops again. I just don't know if this is normal. I will be 29 weeks tom. I have been going back and forth on whether or not to call the dr. Just feels silly bc he does move just not as much as I think would b normal.
