We are doing Sunday because we're having a barbecue and guys and girls will all be there. I feel like people will be more laid back and not as big on drinking if it's a Sunday. Most out of state people are distant family who wouldn't drive in anyway. It depends on your situation.

I saw whatever works best for you. We actually work around as many schedules as we can with birthdays. But if your having people coming in from out of town maybe a Saturday would be best.

I had mine Sunday at 2 pm and had over 50 people show up. It was the best fitting time for my guests, church was already out and a lot of my friends work on Saturday
