Water break?

I've been having lots of discharge this entire pregnancy. When it happens I usually have to run to the bathroom immediately to clean up. This morning I went to go to the bathroom because I felt like I was going to have to clean up discharge and when I sat down it just sort of dribbled/leaked out. It was clear as usual and no smell. Im currently 36+1. I haven't had any the rest of the day and the baby is just fine. Could this be water breaking or am I just over thinking this? Surely I would have had more right?
