How can I help jump start labor?!

I'm 39 weeks and 2 days and when I went to the doc she said my cervix is still closed and posterior and she just told me to try walking and sex. Well I've been doing the walking, my husband won't have sex with me for whatever reason. And still nothing. I know there's not much you can do if your body isn't ready but just curious if there's anything to try even if it's just for fun. I'm worried I'm going to end up with a c section because she also said I have a narrow pelvis.
