help!

Should I have my Mirana removed? I'm only 18 but I've been thinking a lot about the possibilities of being permanently infertile if I wait the full 3 years. Which makes me nervous, I would be devistated if I couldn't have my own children. Anyways, I've googled it and I've honestly read nothing but horror stories. I haven't had problems with it, I don't even notice it. But I do not have a period, and that freaks me out, cause my body has just ceased to do one of its most natural things. What are your thoughts?
