confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm due 4/22 but having repeat csection 4/17. At my doctor appt last week the doctor said baby is head down but still high up in my pelvis. Yesterday, I went to a 3D ultrasound place bc I wanted to see the baby and haven't had an ultrasound since week 20! The ultrasound tech said the baby is so far down literally right ontop of my bladder-which I totally feel the bladder pressure!!! I'm so so so ready for baby boy to make his appearance. I have another appt this week. I'm wondering why doctor said he's still high up if he's right in top of bladder
