Too early to ask for Induction??

I'm 38w4d tomorrow and have an OBGYN appointment in the morning. I want to ask her if she'll induce me... is it too soon??

Unless medically necessary I believe most places won't induce until you're at least 39 wks. Never hurts to ask and find out what your OB's policy on that is though.

My OB will not induce unless there is a medical reason. Pain and discomfort are not good enough! 😒😒 I'll be 39wks tomorrow and she told me no. My vitals are good...no swelling...I'm not contracting so I have to let the baby finish baking! 😩😩

First time labor inductions are hard. My doctor said he doesn't like to do them.

That being sa d this is my 3rd and doc says safest time to deliver is between 38 & 39 weeks. My scheduled induction is when I'm 38 weeks 3 days

I am 39 weeks today, FTM, and my doctor won't induce 😩 said they really prefer for FTM to go into labor naturally

I asked today if I could be induced. I'm 38+2. My doctor told me it was fine & im scheduled to be induced at 40+1 instead of 41 weeks.
