Is this normal?

So I have seen a ton of you ladies on here who have had routine urine checks and cervical checks after 36 weeks. I'm 36 weeks tomorrow so I will see if they do checks on my cervix or not but as far as urine tests go, I have not had a single one my entire pregnancy aside from at 6 wks to confirm that I was pregnant. My midwife also never shows me my BP and she hardly talks to me at all when I go in. Is the no urine test normal or should I have those regularly?

That doesn't sound normal. I've had urinalysis every appointment. The nurse doesn't discuss my blood pressure and vitals much besides saying it's good and answers questions if I ask any. I've had my cervix checked since 36 weeks.

I've given a urine sample at every appointment and every time I went to labor and delivery.

I have only done a pee test twice since being pregnant....and my first cervical check will be next Wednesday at 40 weeks. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess it just depends on the doctors office you go to! I've also heard weekly cervical checks are irrelevant because you can stay at a certain cm for weeks....the real action is when your in active labor anyways!

I'm 38 weeks +4 I've only had one UA at my initial appointment. My midwife doesn't do cervix checks unless I request or if I am going over my due date. Tells me my BP at each appointment and says it's fine.

My OB checks urine every appointment as well as all my vitals. She then talks me over them and compares them to last time. I like knowing, just fun. I'm almost to my weekly appointments which starts here at 37 weeks. I think she said she would offer to do a cervical check at 39 weeks. But it's optional. I have had one in L&D when I went in for preterm labor.

I only had one urine test at my initial appointment.

My doctor checked my cervix when she did my strep swab at 34 weeks. Cervix checks are always optional, but usually she said she usually doesn't do a second one until 39 weeks.

I've had urine tests at every single appt.. I had a vaginal exam at the very beginning and then at 35 weeks.

I had urine tests up until around 25 weeks and then none after that and I'm currently 37 weeks. I've also had one cervical check at 36 weeks, but that's it.

Is this normal?
