Drinking/sex
Do you think that if you're blacked out drunk, and someone tells you you had sex with someone but you don't remember it, you were raped? I don't remember it at all, but one night a few years ago I hit my head on the AC unit outside of a house party I was at, and someone told me I was having sex when it happened. I don't remember the person, and I don't remember the sex.. but when I was sobering up I was sitting on the stairs inside with a towel on my head because I was bleeding and throwing up.
Update: When my boyfriend and I first started dating, I told him this might had happened, but I wasn't sure because I didn't remember it happening. So last night I brought it up to him and asked him if he thought that when someone is too drunk and have sex, are they too drunk to give consent? And he said yes, (and I think he knew I was bringing it up) and so then I said, well because I told you about that night a long time ago it might of happened but I was sure. So if it did, then I was raped. And he said well maybe it didn't happen.
And hasn't brought it up or said anything since.. it was really difficult for me to bring it up. And I just had this pit in my stomach all day yesterday since I posted this. I decided to take it off anonymous.
I was on my period that night and I ended up in the hospital(not because of rape) but because I hit my head and my parents wanted to make sure I didn't seriously injured my self. I went to the restroom when I sobered up and I had a tampon in. I don't know what to think. I don't even know why I care since it was so long ago..
