Symptoms

Okay so my symptoms ar nausea especially when in cars or on any transport! I've never been one for travel/motion sickness so this strikes me as weird it's been like this 5/6 weeks and then there is constant burping and some farting! I'm not one to burp a lot even my friends have commented on it how I just burp in the middle of a sentence and carry on as if it never happened I've had that 2 weeks now.... and then there is the bloating sooooo much bloating sometimes painful sometimes not my belly just swells💁🏻 and finally I need to pee all the time usually I'd pee 2-3 times a day but I'm always running to the loo.... 2 weeks ago I had spotting but not light dots like 2 days maybe happened 3/4  in total I had watery blood leek from my Vagina it was so watery I thought it was wee but nope definitely from the Vagina region!!!  I've NEVER had spotting in my life like never I have a ridiculous 32 day cycle berry efficient it has been for 2/3 years and I know human body blah blah change this and hormones that but I did go to my GP and obvs he suggested a pregnancy test and I took it it was negative but I've a family history of low hcg levels and he wants me to come back in 4 weeks if my period doesn't come! So my period would've been due today had I not had that mini period 2 weeks ago and it's not here, so I'll wait 2 more weeks I guess for it to be due on the 17th April but this seriously has me shook! I want to be pregnant so bad but I don't want to get my hopes up but these symptoms are unusual for me so it has me on edge of hope like maybe... my mother tested negative for hcg until she was 4 months pregnant... if I am I am 6-9 weeks along at least... but I'm just I don't know I can't talk to anyone in my life about it... I just want this to be a real pregnancy so so bad!
