I'm scared!

I am scared. I have been working for the past 4 days flying....I'm a flight attendant...and have tried to be as careful as possible with washing my hands and touching my face. Of course a passenger coughs all over me, and I now have a fever in the middle of the night in a state away from home. It's 100.8, and I feel horrible! I'm going to fly home in the morning but I want to get this fever down. I'm somewhere between 5 weeks 5 days and 6 weeks. I'm in a lukewarm bath with a cool towel on my head but am afraid to take Tylenol....I keep seeing conflicting information on it. I'm so glad that I go for my first obgyn appointment on Monday but I'm so nervous right now. Any opinions or experience you may share is appreciated...
