The worst weekend ever... No Oct 15 bump anymore :-(

So I woke up yesterday morning and all my symptoms had gone - my boobs were so sore up to then, then all of a sudden nothing!... Then in the afternoon I started to spot slightly, the cramping came and I started to bleed which got progressively worse throughout the night. Spoke to on call doctor who confirmed the worse. So unbelievably disappointed, 3rd miscarriage and 2nd in a row. I really thought this time was different... 😞
