Does your current SO hate or talked bad about their ex?

I know it's rule of thumb to not talk about your exs in New relationships, but has your current SO ever said anything bad or dislike their exs and why?

My husband was married and divorced before we met and we still have issues with her. She has used my husband's identity for credit cards and for cable/phone services and ran up bills. Since we live in a totally different state it was basically impossible to make changes stick.

A few years ago she was arrested for forging prescriptions at the pharmacy she worked for and according to a newspaper article she had used her ex husbands information. We were never contacted by the police about it and I only knew because of a newspaper article.

Needless to say her name is mud in my home and we are constantly monitoring his credit.

He's never really said anything about them other than one. Because she showed up to his family's 4th of July get together and tried to walk up to the car when we pulled up. Like she waited on him to get there and wanted to talk. I didn't even know who she was but I opened the door when she walked up so I could get out and she was like stopped in her tracks. I was like "uhhh hi" and just kept walking until i realized he wasn't getting out of the car.  I thought I HAD made him mad and couldn't figure out why he wouldn't get out. He was so pissed off, he went off on his brother about how he felt disrespected that she was there because she cheated on him and was a whore😂  Then we left🤷‍♀️

No he hasn't and I have a lot of respect for him for that.

My husband has not once ever talked or even mentioned anyone he's dated. I don't even know any names. I'm nosy, but kinda grateful lol

I knew my husband before his first marriage and although I know why they divorced (she cheated) he never talks bad about her when she pops up in conversation.

I mean he has mentioned why they broke up or what went wrong with their relationship, but if he said anything rude or degrading about her, I would be very annoyed. I don't appreciate talking poorly about people like that, even my boyfriend's ex.
