So confused as to when to use it.

My period was 9 days ago.

My period was 13 days late this month so I don't know if that messes with my ovulation

I would say it's safe to go ahead and use the preseed shouldn't have had an affect on your ovulation I'm always 4 months in between every period

I only use it when I get the positive opk.
