Vivid dreams what do they mean? Anyone else had them?

I'm 34, had misscarriage in October and having a hard time with my due date fastly approaching. Any way ttc and this past week I am have vivid dreams. Infact so detailed that I have dreamt my hospital stay and holding my baby, another dream of the baby being a girl named Addison, another where I am at home laying on the floor with her for tummy time. I can see her eyes, full head of hair, and perfect hands. Af isnt due till the 6th. Could it mean Im pregnant, wishful thinking, or more torture because my sur date is coming up? Anyone else experience vicid dreams like this?
