Ovarian cyst ruptured

Saturday morning I felt like someone was ripping my insides apart! The right lower side of my abdomen, lower back and pain and pressure in my vagina. I layed down for about an hour before going to the emergency room. The pain was like nothing I ever felt before (I've had 3 kids) and it was way worse than labor. After running a bunch of tests, having a CT scan and ultrasound they found that I have an ovarian cyst on my right ovary that ruptured and released blood and fluid. Even after the rupture the cyst is still pretty big 4.9x2.4x3.3 cm. They called it a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst. I go to the obgyn next week for a follow up but I'm still in a shit ton of pain. I've been vomiting and unable to pee. Has anyone else had this happen? How long does it last cause I don't know how much more of this I can take!
