CORONA EXTRA-MILK SUPPLY??

I have a few corona extras in the fridge and my milk supply is not where it should be! My little chub monster eats every 3-4 hours and I heard drinking beer helps (yes I know Guinness) but I also heard any beer, would the corona help?

The actually isn't solid proof that beer actually helps . while yeast does stimulate the production of milk, alcohol inhibits milk production. So if you're just looking to increase your milk supply , it's better to try other methods that don't involve alcohol. However if you just want to beer, go for it mama! We're moms, not monks haha.

It's the brewers yeast that's meant to help. You can make brewers yeast cookies to help supply. Alcohol can reduce milk supply, but I have a beer or two and it doesn't affect mine..everyone's different.

Make sure you're getting enough calories and not over exercising. My midwife told me diets are supplys worst enemy.

My babe eats every 2. Honestly fluids is the number one reason why milk supply can and will be low. Next is carbs to help for fueling the making of milk. If you aren't eating enough calories it's harder for your body to make. Without fluids, well..: think of it like this what goes in must come out. I also drink some Gatorade as well to help but I do flavored water to have something other than just plain water. I drink no sodas no coffee. I do more milk special blend pills, and an occasional lactation smoothie.
