🚨Cramps in pelvis/under bump area🚨

The past 24 hours I've been having cramps. My menstrual cramps used to be terrible, so these feel sharp but tolerable.

Last night, they were frequent but inconsistent and did not intensify. They calmed down and I went to sleep.

Today, they've been off and on usually in two's.

I've felt them in my pelvic/under bump area. I'm worried if they could be leading to labor. I'm 37w4d, but we are waiting for lab results next week that affect delivery method. I've also felt baby moving more in thr same area.

Did anyone experience this and still had a while before labor? Could it be my cervix effacating and dilating?
