Too late to reverse health damage?

Victoria

Hello! I'm nineteen years old, and most of the time I only consume one bottle of water each month.

I've always struggled with water. When I was very young (until about middle school) I was allowed to have as many Mountain Dews a day as I wanted (this would usually be about five!).

To this day, I struggle so much with drinking water. I drink Gatorade and soda usually. As well as coffee in the morning. I know this isn't good for me. I used to get lots of UTIs from this because I had weak kidneys. I haven't had one in a good while though.

Last time I checked, I was fine health wise, but I'm so scared. I do feel pain in my kidneys sometimes, and pain in my chest. I'm scared I'm going to get kidney disease or heart disease. Am I too young for these diseases?

If I quit right now and start only drinking water, do you think it'd reverse any health problems I may have?
