Mine- lanolin. Yes nipple cream. I discovered that this miracle goop is good for more than just nipples. My son had a case of diaper rash that left raw skin in his groin. I couldnt fathom putting desitin or some chemical on an open wound and thought, "if i can put this stuff on my cracked nipples, why not here?" The next day it was 90% gone and by day 3 gone completely. Ive been using this as a thin layer of butt cream and its awesome.

my friends 10 month old is currently suffering from diarrhea and has diaper rash that leaves her crying and inconsolable. We put a layer of lanolin all over her rash and within 10 minutes, the crying had stopped and her happy baby was back. Im now keeping a back up of lanolin on my person at all times!
