ovulation tests? advise/ question

How accurate are ovulation tests - I'm in day 12 so one should be showing positive soon- but how accurate are these really? I have only started trying to use them this month, and so far they are negative

Keep testing. I have a 29 day cycle and typically get my positive on day 14. The clearblue easy ones are the best according to my fertility clinic. They had me start testing on day 10.

It also depends on how long your cycles are...mine are on avg 33days so the opk booklet that came with mine told me to start testing on cycle day 20....this might help you to determine when to test...here are the charts that I have...hope they help you and that you get your BFP

The doctors at the fertility clinic rely on them for certain procedures/exams so they are very reliable

According to what I've been reading they are 97% accurate in determining a surge in LH, but that does not guarantee ovulation.
