changing table?

I'm starting to buy baby furniture and was wondering how many of you bought a changing table and use it on a regular basis? Or is this something I can pass on? Any insight is appreciated 😊

I have a changing table attached to my crib and I always use it. I've never changed my son anywhere else when I'm at home. It might be different if I had a little girl, but I have a boy and wouldn't dream of changing him anywhere else in case he just pees all over.

I have a whole set up in my guest bathroom, I use the counter and the bathroom drawers have all his clothes in them. Makes bathtime and changing easier, plus it's much easier to Sanitze and clean.

A changingtable isn't necessary, but I have sureloved having one. It helps my back a lotto by have to bend over while changing diapers. Currently I have a dresser and I bought the wooden changing table conversation kit off amazon and put that on the dresser. It's perfect and way more functional then my other changing tables were.

It's a great help. It saves your back the entire time your baby is in diapers. My littlest just turned 2 years old today and is 32lbs....much easier than wrestling her on the floor or on a bed.

As many have stated! My changing table has saved my back! My baby girl always gets changed on her changing table at home. Whenever I have HAD to change her on a couch or bed (like 3 times) my back will instantly hurt! Maybe an actual changing table isn't necessary, but a changing mat on a flat surface at about waist/chest level will work!

We have a bought changing table that sits o top of our 3 draw dresser to save space.

It really just depends on how you do things, I liked having one because it was a good way to keep the baby stuff together, I had a hanging organizer so if I opened a diaper and realized I needed ointment it was right there. I also kept lotion for after bath time in it and extra clothes in case something got dirty during changing.
