still dealing with my alcoholic bf

So after I have everything pack to leave and said to myself I can't do this anymore and he keep saying to me I deserve better than what he is giving me  , him getting drunk at home everyday, he drink almost one little of vodcka per night so you have an idea, he beg me to stay after he was the one asking me to leave becauser I would it have a better life , he said he is going to AA meeting on Monday but honestly I hear that before , and the he will seek for help , he did seek for help like 2 month ago,  he went to the doctor and told him about his depresión, bipolar issue but he didn't told the doctor the most important issue , the alcoholism, so now he is taking 2 bottle of pills and drink too, (big mistake, pills and alcohol)  we haven't have sex in 3 month  and he said he don't have any sex drive , he ask me to stay but a few day later he always start with the you deserve better , I think you be better with somebody else, I just so tired and feeling like in a emotional rollercoaster,with the stay ,go , stay,  go  I had done everything possible to help him but he don't care and keep drinking , and yes he can't conceive and don't want to foto the doctor because he said is embarrassing,I already check myself 2 time and I'm ready ti conceive according to the doctors and all the test ,  any advice my friends ?
