Bleeding after masturbation

I just masturbated and afterwards I went to go urinate, i wiped and noticed blood. There wasn't a lot but I need help and advice! I've been worried about my "lady parts" for awhile now because I have a gut feeling something is off, including symptoms of course. (I went to a gynecologist and all she did was a URINE TEST. yep. that was all and she sent me home). Help please?
