mooncup or dumb luck?!

My hubby and I have been TTC for 2 years. Doctor referred us to fertility clinic, where they did multiple tests and SO has 3% mobility. Due to start treatment on 24 April. Read many posts about the mooncup so thought I'd give it a go. First month trying and I'm actually pregnant!!!! Literally cannot believe it man! Been trying for so so long, still feel in shock! Anyone else had luck with a moon cup?
