Question

I'm went hiking with my hubby for two hours and was having back pain and cramps . Got home and have now had diarrhea for almost 2 hours . Should I call my doctor ? I got my ten kicks in a hour but he's been pretty quiet the last 90 minutes while I've had his diarrhea and definitely dropped more ... I don't know if I should call or just wait it out ?

You've got time, like several hours... just relax, take bath, rest, etc.

See if you can get him to move, try ice water,this happen to me at 36 weeks,went in they monitor him for a couple hours and got him to move again but I was only dilated at a 1 so they sent me home. But if you know you're dilated further and think it's best to go in then go in,they'll check his heartbeat,monitor to see if you have contractions,and probably check to see if your dilated further too. Sending prayers.
