did you stop lying on your back during pregnancy?

This is something that has been driving me mad, I'm still comfortable lying on my back at 25 weeks, but feel paranoid or like I shouldn't from what I've read and heard. I just wanna be comfy since I can't lie on my stomach anymore! So did you lie on your back during your pregnancy? 🙈

I would wake up on my back all the time throughout my pregnancy. I wouldn't worry about it, your body will let you know if something's wrong!

I'm 28 weeks and always lay on my back. My body tells me when it's enough and I roll over.

I'm still laying on my back and I'm at 32 weeks, but just for a couple minutes at a time. Just so I can stretch my back and give my hips a break from all the aching.

My doctor told me to use a little wedge underneath the hip when I lay on my back, so my hip/uterus is a little tilted. (Bought a boppy wedge for $13 on amazon). Still sleep like this most of the time and I'm 37.5 weeks! I try to be on the side, but during the night my body just automatically goes on my back.

I actually lay on my stomach lol instead of back. When I lay on my back, I feel like I can't breathe at all. They say to lay on your left side to keep blood flow circulating to baby.

I try to sleep on my side, but I always wake up on my back and it makes me really short of breath. I usually end up in a coughing fit when I try to take a deep breath 😖

Medical advice to me was to put a pillow behind me so that if I rolled on my back, I wasn't laying flat.
