when did you have your baby shower?

When is a good time for a baby shower? We aren't doing a gender reveal party just having a shower and my sister and mom want to know when I am thinking will be a good time for them to host? Also, I can't decide if I want just women or have guys come too so my husband can be a part of it? What did you have or what do you plan on doing?

Do it at 30 weeks or so. You'll have more energy and time to prepare, return, and more things.

We are having a women's only shower at 32 weeks then just a big BBQ with all of our friends at 33 weeks.

I had one at 32 weeks. Will have another at 34 and my work shower will be at 36 weeks.

At one at work at 30 weeks and having another Saturday I'll be 37 weeks, it's more of a dad shower it's a Bar-B-Q my mil is hosting it and invited all my husbands friends

My "regular" one was at 34 weeks and I'll be 37 at the one with my husband's coworkers (he's a teacher so he works with a lot of women who are very excited for us). Personally, I am super stressed out having it so late because I wish everything was already done so I could be relaxing instead of waiting to see what we get and then having to go buy everything else we need. The nesting phase is real and I wish we were all set up and ready!

I would definitely recommend having it around 30-32 weeks.

My first child I had one at 34 weeks and another at 37, I was miserable the entire time during my 37 week shower because I just wantedto be at home relaxing. With this pregnancy my shower is around 26 weeks, but that is because I am having twins.
