Diarrhea...anyone else? 6 wks 5 days

I've had diarrhea for 3 days now. Is this normal for early pregnancy? I've only ever heard of pregnant women having constipation but my experience has been the exact opposite. Maybe this is my morning sickness. I also already have hemorrhoids. 😳 pregnancy so far has been magical! 😂

Yess. I'm 6/6 and my body can't decide on what it's gonna do. One week I'm constipated, the next diarrhea 😫

Unfortunately it is normal.😢 It is normal to get problems both ways! But you can look up online different foods and ways to try and help with both! I have been trying to get things to "even out" myself lately. If you have constipation, fibrous foods such as fruits and veggies can help (there are also other options just can't think of them off the top of my head!) and eating things like shoft cheeses (again other things, just can't think of them right now!) can help with diarrhea. Again, quick internet search should help! I am on a gluten free diet for celiac disease so I am limited to what I can eat and so I only eat the same few things for the diarrhea and constipation so that is all I can remember! It's unpleasant, but the diet changes should help, good luck!! 🍀

It's normal, I've been having diarrhea too. My dr said constipation is more common, but usually if it's not one it's the other. 😂

Hello I'm 8 weeks and 4 days and I have pain all the time cramps everyday and a really bad upset tummy I'm away on holiday so I thought it was the food had it for 3 days but has stopped now but always cramping up x

Yes. Always had problems with my GI but definitely more so in the last week! Better out than in, I guess?

I'm not having diarrhea per say but definitely going more and it's er...kinda loose? Also, when I have to go, I HAVE TO GO!

Me too. 6wks and 3days same problem I also eat a lot of fruits esp. Banana. Yesterday my poop has blood due to my hemorrhoids. I suggest you balance eating foods.
