please someone help me nobody will answer me!

Okay I can not take it anymore! At first the spotting happened once in one bathroom trip a week now week two I'm spotting basically every day now! It started with it just happened in the morning when me and my fiancé would have intercorse and now it's just happening.. it went from a light pink color and it would go away after three whips and now it's red and slowly increasing in amount! Please someone help.. im experiencing slight pain too and I can feel it slowly increasing.. 😭😭😭😭😭 I'm 7 weeks pregnant btw!!!
