I'm having problems with coping With my miscarriage. It's been over a year since my last one. I've had 3. But for some reason it killing me. I'm doing nothing but crying and putting myself down. I need help crawling back outta this depression.

I find journaling about it really helps me. I just write out everything I'm feeling in the notes app on my phone. It helps get it all out.

You might also want to consider therapy. They can help you develop coping mechanisms so that you're not reinventing the wheel when it comes to trying to figure out how to move forward.

I'm so sorry for your losses. Miscarriage is so heartbreaking. And it can make you feel so alone as it tends to be so hush-hush and there is no real way to acknowledge the enormity of what happened to you. And people tend to say the most horrible things when they are trying to help you cope. There's a lot of women out there (myself included) who understand your pain. We're here for you. 💕
