Any tips? Cant seem to get pregnant

Been ttc for 1 1/2 yrs, just seen a fertility specialist and all of my husband's test came back fine, and most of my tests came back fine, it shows I'm ovulating, and my ultrasound seemed fine, my testosterone was very low, and my iron low. They can't see why I'm not getting pregnant. Any ideas or tips that doctors miss?
