pregnant scare?

Hey my name is Letty and i just want to hear from any moms out there. When you have sex and well getting the symptoms like if you were pregnant but then you take a pregnancy test it came out negative. But either way You still have the symptoms. What should you do. The last time i did it was unprotected and it was 1 month and 1 week ithink?  But please help me. I dont know what to do 😭
