What do I do for him???!

My bf has been my rock since we met 2 years ago. For a while now I've been going through a lot including an injury that makes me need help getting dressed and a bad bout of the poops and he even put desitin on me cuz I couldn't even sit without crying. I really want to show him how much he means to me. He literally would die for me no hesitation. Thing is he's a nerdy guy and isn't much of an outdoors guy. Also he's past the age of lots of sex and we barely do anything which is ok!! I just don't know what I can do for him to show how much he means to me and how amazing he really is. My budget is $0 ; ; any ideas?
