tanning bed itch

So recently I have been laying in the tanning bed before I go to the beach to get a little bit of a tan. I've layed about four times so far and the last two times I have gotten out and I start itching so bad all over my body, it feels like a needly and tingling feeling. I havent used any tanning lotion and I'm not on any medication. I don't know what is causing this and how I can cure it. This is  not the first time I've layed in a tanning bed either
