pregnancy and losing weight??

So am pregnant!! Wasn't planned., still happy and excited have one child already.,so what am asking advice on is, I haven't lost the weight from my first baby and wish I had been in better shape for this pregnancy as when I was pregnant with my first I was a size 8/10 and now am a 12/14., is there any way that I can get in good shape while pregnant like if I eat good for the pregnancy I will only gain pregnancy weight and be easier to lose after?? Is this possible 🙉🙉 I just don't want to be any heavier that I already am after this pregnancy! Any advice would be appreciated
