late period?

Hi guys, I had protected sex during the end of my cycle (they last around 6 days) and he didn't cum in me during the beginning of January. Then at the end of January my period came. My cycle is usually around 33 days but my next period after that was 2 weeks early. Now I'm 5 days late. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all read negative. However I do sometimes feel some pregnancy symptoms (I am very paranoid and I think I'm overthinking it). I haven't had sex after that because we are in a long distance relationship. Can anyone give me advice? Thank you.
