saw a faint positive then in a few minutes went away!😔

So I took the test today at 2am and I waited three minutes and in those 3 minutes I saw a faint positive! Then after it went away! I'm so confused. I do have all the pregnancy symptoms. My period should be here on the 7th but I did spotted on the 29th and had my last period on the 10th of last month.
