feeling beaten up from internal scan

So had my internal today as have been spotting with stringy discharge and red blood for a few days , ( sex caused the spotting then a doctor cervix check triggered another bleed ) , all went well phew !! Other than I thought I was 5 wk 3D but the scan didn't detect anything and my bloods level was at 490 which puts me at 4 weeks instead , I don't mind tho I'm relived it's all ok , anyone else felt insides are bruised and now spotting again from scan ???man things are so sensitive down there right now x
