Trying to put my anxiety at ease😔

Im 28, just had a beautiful baby girl last june, and ever since pregnancy ive been dealing with bleeding during bowel movements. It usually hurts when I go like passing glass so I assumed I had anal fissures, and I have had hemmorhoids in the past, so when I got them after giving birth i naturally assumed thats why I noticed streaks of fresh blood on my stools and on the toilet paper. But it's 9 months later and I'm still having bleeding when I go. It still burns and hurts around my anus directly after I go but thats it. No other symptoms. i have a drs appt Thurs and i'm just so scared its cancer and ive waited too long to get it looked at, every time I look at my daughter, I cry. Can anyone give me any input with their experience??! Thanks😕
