3 week old will not let me set her down EVER!

Any other moms deal with this? My daughter is 3 weeks old today and I literally can not set her down. I can barely set her down to go pee and she is crying to be picked back up. I wait until she is completely passed out on me and try to lay her down and it never lasts more than 5 minutes. It's hard to make myself food or go to the bathroom. Any tips of advice? Will this slowly go away? I wish I knew when she will be okay with sleeping on her own. I hold her all day and she sleeps on me all night 😩 It's a love hate relationship. Love the cuddles, I know it doesn't last forever but wish I could just have an hour of not having to hold her so I could simply eat and shower.
