Recovery and Working Out
Anyone trying to get back into a workout routine, but still struggling with joint and back aches and pains and still can't feel those abs?
I had solid abs before getting pregnant and at about five months pregnant I couldn't even tell if I was working them anymore. Now I'm three months PP, twin girls, and a c-section later and my fitness instructor tells us to tuck in those abs and I feel nothing (except my flabby skin when I touch my belly).
Feeling like I'm never going to get back into it.
