Night gown or pajamas for hospital post delivery

I am in the process of packing my hospital bag and trying to figure out what I should pack-pajamas or a night gown. I feel like wearing any kind of pants might be hard if everything is sore and swollen with a possibility of stitches etc. what did you wear after labor and for the first few days at home? I usually sleep naked so I am not used to any pajamas or night gowns.
