Implantation bleeding-nervous and being dumb?!

I've had 3 positive pregnancy tests over the last 3 days and this morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and noticed a rusty color when I wiped. I hope this is implantation bleeding and not the start of a miscarriage. My best friend is currently dealing with her 2nd miscarriage so I'm having a hard time being excited with my new pregnancy. I'm 4 weeks and 1 day today. Last month I felt like I was pregnant and thought I had implantation but it turned into my period later that day. I hate that I can't be excited because I'm seeing the issues my friend is going through with her miscarriages. I would be devastated if that happened to me 😔
